I really like the monthly bonuses but I didn't think it would interfere with the new game bonuses. It always says I can't claim the new game bonuses Because I claimed the monthly one. So I'm never able to try out the new games but still I have a lot of fun on here.

They replied 2 days later and said they were contact the casino. 3 days after that my bitcoin wallet had received the funds from my withdrawal. I was amazed and happy about the quick and positive resolution. If it wasn't for their intervention I'm sure I would still be looking for the payment.
